Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: 

We ship your order once your payment has been processed and cleared. It typically takes 2 days for payment to process. 
All orders are shipped through USPS First Class mail, which normally takes about 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need your item sooner, please e-mail me and I will try my best, priority shipping costs will apply.

CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations. You must request a cancellation before item has shipped. Orders ship within 24-48 hours. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. All Sale and Custom Orders are final sale. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please provide a receipt of purchase. Your return must be unused and within its original packaging. If the item appears used or worn, unfortunately we will not accept the return.  Returns are to be shipped back to us, at the buyer’s expense. Any re-shipping is also the buyer’s responsibility.  

Please allow us 7 business days to complete all refunds.
